Decrease clutter caused by everyday living to increase the perceived size of rooms and storage space. Rule of thumb- pack up at least of all your nick-knacks, collectables, decorator items, and small kitchen appliances.

Maintain patio, deck, pool, backyard, etc. These are big selling points to your home so showcase them!
